◾️Meet the Trainer - Ray Barnard ◾️
🔘 Loves physical training and his approach to training others is based on the belief that to stick to long term plans, his clients training must always be fun and enjoyable
🔘 Known by the members at Windy Hill for his skill in taking clients from total beginners in the gym to being accomplished gym regulars who are fit, strong, confident and happy.
🔘 When not training others, Ray loves running, training in martial arts, and strength training. Always eager to try new sports and adventures, Ray competed in his first triathlon less than six months after major surgery and three months after that won his age group in the Sydney Spartan Sprint.
