Michaela Peterlin:

As the Founder and Director of MP Fitness, I feed my passion for fitness and health every day. For 15 years, I have helped teach people the joy and satisfaction of movement – watching them grow in confidence and control both physically and mentally. I believe a healthy body means a healthy mind. Your mind and body should develop simultaneously, and a harmonious relationship between them builds both strength and resilience.

I am a passionate trainer and university qualified Nutritionist currently finishing my Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science. I can offer you evidence-based nutritional advice. I am ready to work with you to set SMART goals and get you achieving your desired outcomes. I will make your journey to health and fitness enjoyable and challenging.
