Zumba is the perfect class for anybody and everybody. A total body workout which combines all elements of fitness - cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, flexibility and boosted energy! 
Our Zumba instructor Kiyomi is the perfect instructor to take you through this full body workout. Kiyomi loves dancing with over 20 years of dancing experience, and has now been doing Zumba for 10 years, instructing the last 2. 
Kiyomi's focus is on keeping people fit, healthy and happy to prevent illness. "Prevention is always better than cure!"
