Class Descriptions

Body Attack
BODYATTACK is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. Challenging your limits in a good way, burning up to 730 calories and leaving you with a sense of achievement.
Body Combat
Step into a BODYCOMBAT workout and you’ll punch and kick your way to your fitness goals. This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is non-contact with no complex moves to master. Your instructor will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round. You’ll release stress and burn up to 740 calories along the way.
Body Pump
BODYPUMP is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit, fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven techniques. Pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music whilst burning up to 540 calories.  
Body Step
BODYSTEP is a full-body cardio workout to really tone your butt and thighs. In a BODYSTEP athletic class, you combine basic stepping with moves like burpees, push-ups and weight plate exercises to work the upper body as well. You can burn up to 620 calories and you’ll leave buzzing with satisfaction.
BOXING is a high energy class that uses boxing techniques to give you a full body workout. It also works to improve your cardiovascular fitness and tone your whole body like never before. Never done any boxing before? No problem, this class is designed for all levels of fitness.
Exercising muscles around the core, CXWORX will help create a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all the things you do, from everyday life to your favourite sports it’s the glue that holds everything together. A 30-minute workout with resistance tubes and weight plates, body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers.
LES MILLS GRIT STRENGTH is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses a barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. With powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.
LES MILLS GRIT Cardio is a 30-minute HIIT workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increases speed and maximises calorie burn. This workout uses a variety of body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast. LES MILLS GRIT Cardio takes HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches.
LES MILLS GRIT PLYO is a 30-minute HIIT plyometric-based workout, designed to make you perform like an athlete. This workout uses a bench and combines explosive jumping exercises with agility training to increase explosiveness and to build a lean and athletic body. Motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.
HIIT is a high-intensity interval training class to help increase your fitness levels through short intense bursts of activities and routines. This class will boost your metabolism and have you burning fat long after you’ve left the gym.
Active Adults
ACTIVE ADULTS is an hour session for over 50’s providing you with an effective and enjoyable workout. The class will assist with mobility, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance and assist in improving muscle tone. The perfect addition to a healthy lifestyle all while enjoying the social aspects of group exercise.
RUNNING involves drills and time trials with a fun, motivating and challenging group. It will assist you in preparation for everything from a fun run to a marathon. You will be professionally coached with techniques used to help you achieve your running goals.
ZUMBA is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training alternating fast and slow rhythms and resistance training. Zumba involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic and motivating music.

Aqua Classes

Aqua Aerobics
In an AQUA AEROBICS class, the water provides a great cardio workout with cushioning, resistance and support. Joints are safely supported with each exercise that works the whole body. Improving your cardio, strength, endurance, posture and flexibility all at the same time.

Cycle Classes

An indoor cycling class that has great fat burning effects. CYCLE is a fantastic freestyle stationary cycle workout that will also improve your cardio fitness and endurance. Our classes are led by our expert fitness instructors who provide you with challenges in a fun group environment.
RPM is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and you can burn up to 675 calories in a session.  Your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. Spin the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your performance and boost your cardio fitness.
LES MILLS SPRINT is a 30-minute HIIT workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It’s a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation come from pushing your physical and mental limits. A high intensity, low impact workout, it's scientifically proven to return rapid results. burn calories for hours after your workout.

Body Balance
Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYBALANCEis the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, body and your life. An inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises while you strengthen your entire body.
A flowing and meditative class, YOGA is for healing and restoring balance within the mind, body and spirit. Poses are structured around alignment principles to ensure safe and optimal expression in each post. You will work on improving your muscle tone, strength, stamina and overall flexibility.
PILATES will challenge your strength, flexibility and coordination with traditional and modern PILATES. Performed on the floor you’ll feel strong, streamlined and invigorated after this thorough workout. Pilates has the power to transform your physical, emotional and spiritual state.
Stretch 30
An active stretch class that’s improves the flexibility & alignment of primary muscle groups. Also, assists with joint mobility.
