Alex completed his undergraduate Exercise and Sport Science Degree at Deakin University in Geelong and his Clinical Exercise Physiology Master’s degree at Australian Catholic University. He has a wide range of experience working with individuals who have been diagnosed with a variety of Neurological, Cardiovascular, Metabolic, Mental health and Musculoskeletal Disorders. He has actively worked in the health and fitness industry for just over 7 years with extensive knowledge on acute, sub-acute and chronic conditions.

Alex has played Rugby, Cricket and AFL throughout his life, and is still currently playing AFL and cricket. He enjoys going to watch Melbourne Storm and the Australian Wallabies with his family and friends when they are in Melbourne.
