What is involved in the session?

Each Boot Camp week is different. We mix together functional training techniques with resistance equipment to give you the best workout possible.

Can anyone do it?

It doesn’t matter what your fitness level is, anyone can participate in Boot Camp! If you do have any injuries or pre-existing medical conditions, please be sure to let your trainer know about them before your session.

If you have answered yes to any of the above medical questions, we strongly recommend that you seek guidance from a General Practitioner or Allied Health Professional prior to completing your registration. If you wish to proceed with your registration without seeking medical advice, please acknowledge the following: I acknowledge that BlueFit has recommended that I seek a medical clearance before participating in exercise at BlueFit due to a medical condition disclosed during the registration process. I acknowledge that I have freely opted to ignore the advice at my own risk and I release BlueFit from any and all liability associated with my medical condition/s. I acknowledge that BlueFit staff are not medically trained and are not capable of diagnosing or treating any medical conditions or ailments. I agree that BlueFit staff shall not be liable for any death, personal injury or illness occurring to myself on BlueFit premises. I recognise that the program involves strenuous physical activity including, but not limited to, strength training, running, agility drills, jumping, intense cardiovascular activities and flexibility training. I hereby affirm that I have disclosed all known conditions anas per the BlueFit Pre-exercise Quesionaire. If any conditions arise between the time of signing this agreement and the program start date, I will notify BlueFit of any such defects, in writing, prior to participating. I acknowledge that my registration and subsequent participation in BlueFit’s Boot Camp is voluntary. In consideration of my participation in this program, I ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­hereby release and discharge BlueFit Pty Ltd and its agents from any claims, demands and causes of action as a result of my voluntary participation and registration in this bootcamp.
