This means you can again start to access the gym (including gym equipment), group fitness classes and our pool! Due to the current restrictions, we will be opening with a change of operating hours and bookings are essential to avoid disappointment.

Coaching Zone provides group personal training sessions for the beginner through to the advanced. Each session incorporates heart rate technology, helping you better your performance time and time again, and finishes with community coaching. The guidance and support from our expert coaches and our strong community atmosphere are what keeps our members motivated and coming back for more. The end result? Zones are reached and goals are achieved.

Windy Hill Fitness Centre has partnered with Swimming Australia to bring you a new and effective swimming and water safety program, focused on experiential and activity-based learning. GOswim swimming lessons empower students to think, discuss and decide whilst having fun in and around water.
