Imagine a gender equal world, diverse, equitable, and inclusive, where our differences are valued and celebrated. This International Women’s Day, we join the global movement to celebrate the achievements of women and reaffirm our commitment to a world free of bias and stereotypes.
This year’s theme, #GiveToGain, reminds us that when we invest in women through support and opportunity, we all benefit. At Windy Hill, we are proud to spotlight the incredible team members who are making waves and inspiring the next generation.
Meet Brynn
Brynn is a dedicated Swim Teacher at Windy Hill who transitioned into coaching after gaining valuable experience as a Lifeguard and working with children.

What inspired your career and what do you love about coaching? "I wanted to become a swim teacher because I had previous experience working with kids and working as a lifeguard, so it was something I felt comfortable and confident moving into. What I love most is that it is super fulfilling and never boring!"
What is your advice for women looking to build confidence and give swim teaching a go? "For people wanting to become a swim teacher, I recommend giving it a go even if it seems a bit intimidating at first. You get the hang of it really quickly! Confidence comes from taking that first step."
How do you stay motivated and prioritise your own wellbeing? "To prioritise my health and wellbeing, I like to stay active through the gym and walking. I also catch up with friends regularly and do fun activities like going to live music events, which I find really helps me maintain good mental health and balance."
Join the Celebration
We are so lucky to have leaders like Brynn at Windy Hill. Today, we celebrate her and all the women who make our aquatic community such a supportive and empowering place to be.
Happy International Women’s Day! Let's continue to #GiveToGain.
