Family Swim Night is one of many activities Different Journeys co-ordinates to empower Autistic children, teens, adults and their families to live a life of inclusion. The intention is to gradually expose autistic people to all aspects of the aquatic environment, resulting in familiarisation and empowerment and the potential to participate in regular learn-to-swim classes or simply enjoy the facilities.
Family Swim Nights are back and scheduled to run once a month at Windy Hill Fitness Centre until January 2022.
The next one is the last one on Saturday, 22nd January 2022!
