Get excited, we’re adding some more classes to our timetable this month! From the week commencing February 21st we’ve added the following sessions:
- FX30 – Mondays 5:30pm
- Body balance – Wednesdays 7pm
- KBMax – Wednesdays 6:15am
- Abs butts & thighs – Thursdays 10:15am
- FX30 – Sundays 9:15am
- KBMax – Saturday 4th March at 9:30am
- Body Pump – Friday 9:15am
Due to low attendance we will be removing the 6am Body Attack class. Our classes will move back to quarterly updates from April so lookout for more changes in April… including the reinstatement of boxing classes!
