As the weather starts to warm up as we head towards Summer, it's the perfect time to ramp up your fitness routine! To help you make the most of your workouts, we’ve updated our Group Fitness Timetable to ensure there’s something for everyone.
We are excited to announce the following new classes:
New Class Added:
- Monday: 7:00 pm Pilates
- Saturday: 10:10 am PWRX
