New Quarterly Group Fitness Timetable Update

We’ve made some changes to our Group Fitness Timetable to better accommodate popular classes and in response to direct feedback from our members.

Here’s a preview of some of the new additions:

  • Fridays – 6:15pm Cardio Boxing (Group Fitness Room)
  • Tuesdays – 6:00am Super Circuit (Group Fitness Room)

Here are some that we have changed:

  • Mondays – 6:00pm BodyPump

And don’t forget our NEW virtual class offering!

We also have a bunch of new virtual classes on the timetable, both in the cycle room and in the main group fitness room! To check them out simply view the full timetable online and filter by Trainer to see all the classes labelled Virtual Class.

We review our timetables quarterly to ensure we have the best mix of classes for our members. If a class is not popular we may look to remove and replace it with another class.

We monitor feedback and attendance to determine the best course of action so thank you for helping us create the best experience for our valued members!
