We are extremely excited to announce that we are now running a Yin Yoga class every Thursday at 10:30am. Yin Yoga comes as the latest addition to our group fitness timetables. An opportunity for our members to relax and soothe your mind and body whilst completing a passive style of yoga.
Includes principles of traditional Chinese medicine with seated or reclined postures that are held for longer periods of time.
Our incredible instructor Andrea Crisp will be leading these classes. Andrea is extremely passionate about offering yoga to people of all ages, abilities and fitness levels. Many of our members have already begun to compliment Andrea and her Yin Yoga classes. With one member stating that the classes are brilliant and are an excellent way to start the day.
