Due to the upcoming AFLW Essendon home games at the Windy Hill Oval we are anticipating high levels of traffic and limited parking on the following days/times:
- Sunday 24th September at 12:00pm to 6:00pm
To avoid any interruptions to your schedule we highly recommend that you allow extra time for parking.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled swimming lesson please be sure to mark your absence via the parent portal. Don’t forget that you must mark all absences at least 2 hours prior to the lesson commencement time to be eligible for make up lessons.
The parent portal is easily accessed through our website, just click on the red MyPortal button at the top of the website.
By marking an absence you will be eligible to book a makeup lesson at a more appropriate day/time.
Marking An Absence:
To mark a student absent from their lesson, simply:
- Login to the parent portal
- Click ‘Classes’
- Click ‘Current Bookings’
- Then click the ‘Manage’ red button.
- Select ‘Mark Absent’ for the class that you will not be attending.
- A confirmation tab will appear with details to allow you to check all details are correct.
- Click ‘Ok’ to confirm absence.
